£1m Roofing Project Completed

A £1m DfE-funded roofing project at The Macclesfield Academy has finally been completed.  The repair work, undertaken by BBR Roofing, was necessary to update the original roof of The Academy, which was constructed in 2006.

Mat Galvin, Headteacher commented:  “The work undertaken by BBR Roofing has future-proofed our school for all our students, providing them with a safe and secure environment to learn.”

To mark the end of the project, Paul Stones and Scott Sherwood of BBR donated a defibrillator to the school.
