Research Ed

On Saturday 13th July, The Macclesfield Academy hosted Research Ed. The day was a success thanks to the great work of the speakers, staff and students.

Clive Hill, biology teacher, Head of Careers and speaker at researchED Cheshire said:

"Thanks to Isabelle Jones, Mat Galvin and The Macclesfield Academy for the hard work and warm Cheshire welcome at researchED Cheshire this weekend. Students were amazing and the catering top notch. Always great to be able to speak about Careers Education."

Mr Galvin said “it’s a mark of our standing in the region that educational colleagues came to The Macclesfield Academy to share experiences, research led improvements and to network with dedicated professionals. The positive feedback talking about how welcoming our student leadership team and staff were, along with recognition of how well organised the event was made all the hard work worth while.”
